With a new year fast approaching now is an ideal time to purchase a Spreadsheets Direct Attendance Tracker file to help you keep track of staff holidays and sickness in the new year.

The file is available in either 2 year or 5 year versions and for either 10, 25 or 50 people.

Setup is simple, just enter the names and number of days holiday an employee has. Selecting a year will automatically update the monthly sheets with the correct date for the weekday.

Once you've set up the file all you need to do is enter the relevant code for an absence from a dropdown list and days taken/remaining days will be automatically calculated and passed on to the forthcoming months.
